« on: July 17, 2006, 11:36:28 PM »
I just got my used Tm M4 today in the mail and tested it out. The barrel is wobly is there a way to get rid of this woble? Another thing im having a prob with his the hi cap mags i have. The are fully loaded and wont feed into the rifle. but when i eject the mag bbs will fall out maybe 2-3 fall out.

Upgrade to a metal body and one piece barrel to eliminate the wobble. There's other, temporary solutions, but you'll have to search for those. I'm not sure what they are.

Is the hopup all the way on? Is the gun jammed? Check these things first.

the feeding issue is ethier your mag, or you hop up is messed up. As for the barrel wobble you can get a new outer barrel made by like CA guarder or other companies like that and they don't wobble. or you can put somthing around it to make it stop.

No longer airsofts... what a shame.

If BBs fall out of the gun when he releases the magazine, the magazine is not the problem. The only role of the magazine is to  push BBs into the gun. The two failure points would be if the retainer is failing to be depressed (which it is not, as BBs are being released) or if the BBs are not feeding down into the gearing of the magazine (which they are not, as BBs are being released, thus, BBs are being driven upward into the channel).

I think your gun might be jammed, that or the hop is all the way on. It could just be the hopup rubber is on funny or some such. Maybe the tappet plate is busted. When you fire the gun with no magazine in, look into the magwell, is the nozzle moving back and forth (is a metal thing going into the hopup when you press the trigger)?
