I agree with this statement.

About that front end kit:

You'll probably find that it's longer than you would have hoped. For 400fps, you don't need a PSG-1 length barrel to stabilize the BB. Something capable of holding a PSG-1 length inner barrel is VERY long. I've done it, it's just unwieldy, especially for a negligible performance difference.

If you want to get a better idea how it looks mounted:

Keep in mind, it IS the longest RAS on the market at 16.25".  That's an M16 length outer barrel in that picture (18").  That said, don't see how it's unwieldy if your barrel was going to be longer than 16" anyways.  But it's sturdy, easy to mount, and fairly economical.  You will need an armorer wrench or similar to properly mount it though.

A. That gun is very pretty. I am jealous. I really want one of those stocks. *realizes that I'm poor and sits in a corner, sad*
B. You're right, if you were already going to make the barrel gigantic, there's no difference. But you add a silencer to that M16 length outer barrel, and from personal experience, especially if you every try to use in any tight spaces situation such as in a building or trying to hold onto it while going through the woods (I know, not as big of a deal for you southern az guys. lol). From my personal experience, beyond the 20" needed to hold a 509, every inch counts. I was lucky enough to have bought a front end kit with multiple lengths of outer barrels, I started with a 24+120mmsilencer... went to a 20+120mmsilencer...20+80mm slim silencer (looked really awkward), now at a 20"+.308 flashhider that came with my front end. lol. When you're shooting high fps... or at least with a very high accuracy, and you aren't actively assaulting in woods and/or buildings, it won't affect you as much. But the smaller the gun, the higher your mobility. THAT is why IMHO, bigger than what is needed is just silly.

i realize its a long barrel, im planning on making it a more stationary set,  for places like WARLORDS field or ridged fields, what all would i need to fill that front end?  does it come with an outer barrel? and what about a upper receiver

ill bring my original front end with me in my dragbag, so the cqc issue wont be a problem
thanks =D>

Well, with the silencer, it says it can hold a PSG-1 length barrel. That seems to imply either a 590mm or a 650 (technically PSG-1 Plus). A total outer barrel length of 25" will hold a 650 (technically 25.5", but part of the IB is inside the receiver).

I don't know about that particular kit. Reading the description, it seems to me that the kit is the RIS and a mock silencer, and uses your stock barrel. I highly doubt it comes with an upper receiver for that price.

As far as the rest of your questions, I have been seen recommending King Arms hopup units and G&G Buckings along with either an SCS or an H-nub. I stand by those recommendations whole-heartedly still.

Inner barrels, I've had great luck with the AirsoftGI brand 6.01's, and tested them against Promy 6.03's (which are also amazing barrels) and found a significant increase in accuracy.

I've never bought a new upper, sorry I can't really help on that front. The one on my King Arms gun is awesome... though it seems that many people have trouble with some of their parts.

No, the kit does not include the outer barrel.  Keep in mind that since you will be running a free float setup, you will need a GOOD barrel to prevent barrel wobble.  Barrels like Echo 1, Deep Fire, King Arms, and TM won't cut it.  PDI would be the best, followed by Prime, Dytac, and G&P.
