Yes the game is still on. We will be playing no matter what the weather conditions are like. I know one year we played there it was snowing.

Adapt...overcome.....as I see it there are others out there who deal with this stuff on a daily basis....I think I can tough it out for 8hrs. This is partly what airsoft is about, got to have some suck factor, it seperates the airsofter from the kids in the backyard 8)

Is anyone still planning on camping? Also is there any info on the conditions of the camp site?

Game is on rain or shine.  Reports have the storm moved out by tomorrow but I fully expect the AO will be wet with a good probability of snow at that altitude (There you go tracker types).

A good portion of the Desert Hawks team will be camping still, as well as misc other player from both Tucson and Phoenix, though we don't have any direct feedback on what the conditions are at the AO at this time...

Be sure to plan for staying dry and warm and plan accordingly to keep your batteries from getting too cold.  While the projected day time temps should be fine for the hardware the early morning cold will likely sap a large portion of your through put if you do not take precautions.

See you all there!

Unless I get a very last minute carpool offer, it looks like I won't be going.

Everybody drive safe and have fun tomorrow.

Thank you everyone who made it out, you guys made a great event AWESOME! I wanted to thank Greg from AEX for coming out and bringing some SoCal folks with him as well. AEX does a great job at making sure we know that they appreciate communities like ours.

Please, hold on to your raffle tickets, when we get some expected additional prize support in we will be calling out a few more numbers.

All in all a great day folks, I heard ZERO complaining or cheating reports, this has to be a first for me. It speaks loads of the caliber of players who took the time to come out and play (IN THE SNOW) with us this weekend. Thank you all.

If you have any feedback please feel free to post it here or PM myself or azsworst. Its only by getting your feedback we can continue to evolve the style of event we offer, so please don't be shy.

I took loads of great pictures, expect to see them up soon.

Awesome game!  Gave me the one time in probably 7 years to use all that cold weather gear I got in an airsoft game.
Well designed game, good story.
