Grenade Launchers for AK varient aegs

So before I look to buy an underbarrel launcher for an ak, I would like to know if anyone has had experience with them. Will they only work on full length ak models? will they attach to ak74 or 104 models? For instance one like this...

does the launcher simply clamp on to the barrel or how does it stay in place?
In addition, would i need specialty shells for the soviet style launcher or what?

Thoughts, suggestions welcome

Ok to what I know, no one makes an AK granade launcher because of how it loads and fires. You will have to go m203 with a rail mount. But dont hold me to no one makes one its just i have never seen one only AKs with m203s on them.

Have never installed one, But i have personally seen them installed on the skele stock 74's's and the 47's

There is a pin at the bottom of the tube that holds the grenade in place so it doesn't fall out the front. It is loaded from the front end and is clamped onto the barrel and also slides onto the foregrip. The foregrip can either be the classic type or have the tactical rails.
