AEG's / JG M4 S-system fix, please help

I just got a JG M4 and am experiencing some difficulties. It fires but the bbs just roll out, upon opening it up i noticed that the nozzle was firing moving when the trigger is pulled but it doesn't return far back enough to let the bbs set in to be fired. I would like to hear any advice anyone has, I think it has to do with the gears but would like to hear others opinion before opening the gearbox. Thanks!
