I would like to counter offer! Why pay he crazy high prices of musicmpact? $99 a piece, with the option to offer his first born in exchange for one mag. Arms and legs accepted! Also interested in all the tea in China.

Website says they've decided to over double their prices since then.

You can try your luck with a Brownell's backorder:  http://www.slickguns.com/product/magpul-ar-15-30rd-pmag-10-pack-13999

However, since they sold ~3.5 years worth in 72 hours...you might be waiting a while.

Unlike some greedy establishments, they haven't decided to screw over everyone by jacking their prices.

Magpul themselves are on a 3-5 month backorder with production. I wouldn't if I were you.

Why not?  Do magazines have an expiration date or something?

Mine are four years old and are still good. :P

If they had an expiration date all of the ones I use would be useless. they are from the 90's. They just aren't Pmags.

Atomictactical.com has some maglevel foliage pmags for sale. If i remember correctly they are 17.95 a pop. Get them before they go out of stock. Shipping was 5.99 to Gilbert.

Because if you're going to have to wait six months to get your mags, wait six months to order them and either fail because they're illegal (which would have been a cancelled backorder anyhow) or pay the proper thirteen dollars a pop.

Dude, you're talking about Congress. They can't do anything in 5-6 months.

Obama's loving those executive orders, though...

I'll take my chances that a backorder placed in December will arrive before more magazines are available immediately at regular price.  It's not like it costs me anything extra.
