Hey, this guy isn't boasting how great he is, so let's cut him some slack.
Come play at the local games for awhile, before you start talking about putting together a team. You wouldn't believe how many 15-year olds around here always seek a team and we usually troll the shit out of them.
Go play and the team will find you.
