Just an FYI for everyone, we are not able to secure Florence for the April 14-15 date we mentioned.  We will more likely now wait until after summer to try and do something out there.

Lost and Found:
Flip up scope cover
Painted M4 w/ FCOG, Redi-mag, AFG, Silencer, and 2 tan PMAGs
Folding table
Half a bag of BBs
Several empty water bottles
One half empty Coke can

Besides all the trash left behind, this was a very lucrative lost and found for me.
Please remember, no matter where you play, please pack out what you pack in.  This includes your trash.

Schedule of events for tomorrow:
0730-0830: Check-In and Chrono
0830-0900: Game Briefing
0900-1630: Games
1630: ENDEX

We will be doing a scaled down version of the Battlefield format I was planning to do out at Florence. Depending on the numbers that show up we may do limited respawns for each evolution.

52
Spazz, state issued ID will be fine.

Sorry for the last minute change of events guys. As SSG Keenan said, scheduling conflict with the AZNG. Needs of the Army outweigh a bunch of grown men with toy guns.
Fortunately he was able to secure use of the Papago range for us. So what we will do now is this:  open game at Papago on Saturday instead, no cost. 0730-1700. Same rules apply as before.

For everybody that paid the registration fee, refunds will be given back the same way you paid. If you paid via Paypal I will process the refund that way. If you paid at Gearbox, please see Ron.  I will leave a list of those names at Gearbox tomorrow afternoon.

Registration is NATO heavy right now (tan team), so I'm going to close registration for NATO sign-ups.  You can still register for the Russian Federation (green team).

Local Games Listing/RSVP / FAQ
« on: March 14, 2012, 01:07:32 AM »
Q: Where is the AO?
Answer: The facility is located just north of the city of Florence, AZ. It is no secret where its located. It is just across Hwy 79 from the weapon ranges of the National Guard base.

Q: What are the FPS limits going to be?
Answer: First off, all weapons will be chrono'd with .25 gram bbs.
AEGs - 375 FPS (includes automatic rifles and support weapons, SAWs)
Sniper Rifles - 500 FPS (semi-auto ONLY, must follow 75ft "no engagement distance"). This rule means that sniper rifles will not be allowed for use indoors - it is recommended to carry a pistol for back up.
For safety, there will be a semi-auto (single shot only) rule in effect for this event for any action that takes place indoors. This also means that any full-auto only weapons like SAWs, or similar machine guns will not be allowed for use indoors - so support gunners may want to carry a pistol back up.

Q: What are the magazine restrictions?
Answer: Winding Hi-caps (flash mags included) are not permitted. If it uses a winding spring to push the bbs up, you cannot use it. Only support weapons may use box or drum style magazines. The goal and the spirit of the rule is to maintain realism. "Mid", "Low", and "Standard" cap magazines are okay.
If you are not sure, ask. Violators of this rule will not be allowed to play with out the proper equipment.
Box mags are permitted on SAW type weapons.

Q: Im under 18, can I attend this event?
Answer: No, but you can attend if your parent is playing along side you at the event.

Q: Are Bioval glass BBs allowed for use?
Answer: No.  Test have shown they are damaging to glass windows even at velocities below the limit.  This would be bad for the vehicles in play.

56
Directions will be emailed out prior to the event, but its real easy to find.  Its on the corner of Arizona Farms Rd and Hwy 79, just north of Florence, AZ.

Exact directions will go out via email in the OPORDs a week prior to the event.

57
fps limits?

semi only in buildings?

how many support gunners per squad?

Paradox is correct. To clarify a bit further, this means support weapons (SAWs and anything else that is full-auto only) cannot be used indoors. If you plan on using a SAW, make sure you bring a back-up also (pistol, or another select fire AEG even) if you want to be able to shoot indoors.

58
So far its pretty even.  If you don't care what side you want to end up on and want to put you and your guys out there just in case the registrations start to go heavy one way or another let me know.
