Hey guys, me and at least one other person are going to be at WildWest this upcoming Saturday (the 10th) AM if anyone wants to join in. I've read that the turnouts can be kind of slim at WW so hopefully we get a good turnout.

AEG's / I'd like to lower the FPS on my Echo1 MRF-C

So I just bought an Echo1 MRF-C only to find out that the indoor field that's ten minutes from where I work won't allow anything above 330 fps. I'm going to chrono it tonight but the manufacturer adverts 400 fps so I'm guessing I'm going to be above.
I'm pretty new to this stuff but it seems like I should be able to replace the spring with a lighter one to get a lower FPS or even buy a new one, cut off a little and stretch it out to the same length.
Anyone have any thoughts or insights on this?

Hey guys, totally new to airsoft and looking to dive in.
I used to play paintball pretty seriously. Me and a couple friends used to be on a PB team but our gear is broken and/or outdated now. Decided to go with airsoft this time as the entry barrier seems a little lower.
Just bought an Echo1 MRF-C after a little research. Hopefully that was an OK choice for a starter gun.
