 I was looking into starting one myself. Vanguard is cool but it's not a great location.  I feel like an well done full time indoor arena closer to the outdoor fields might do well...

Why aren't there more indoor feilds in phoenix? Or any!? Is it because they don't last? Not enough business or what? Would players go if there was one and it was done right?
