Four Peaks AO, Bloody Basin, Copper Basin.  Some ideas of good large AOs that is ok.  Props are of your own doing, instead of charging people, maybe ask for help with making props or something.  And the use of pyrotechnics at that AO is NOT a good idea at all... hell pyrotechnics anywhere in the desert is not a good idea...

Please reconsider your AO location.  60 people at Hatfield is just too much....

What are the addresses for those locations by the way?

I agree with that point, Hatfield is too unofficial, and small for a large event. But the fee seems fair, with it being only $5, it stands really, especially if I need to pay someone to rent their land for the game.

i agree with ghost 1216, fighter town is definatley ;arge enough, and i think the 16+ rule is good, and 12-15 accompanied by adult is good, fighter town has a great prop zone, the are already looks as though hit by an atomic haullacaust, it has trenches, cqb, and a warlike feel to it, fighter town is the way to go

Fightertown is too small. It's certainly a nice field, yes, but the main issue is that there's supposed to be a large amount of area for combat and exploration (there will be hidden artifacts), it can't be a constant, all-encompassing, battle.

We've already knocked Hatfield off the list of options, it's not legally accessible.

This would be a one-day Op, right?
Harmful heat in my hugs hide,My lips are laced with cyanide
Never mind my medicine breath,Come hither for a kiss of Death...
Where there once were feely fingers, Now protrude poisonous stingers
Feel I'm left with no recourse,But to kill her with no remorse

I like SASCO, it's owned and operated as an actual airsoft field, so the legalities are cleared up, I sent the owner an email, but never got a reply, I'll try a phone call today and let you guys know how it goes.

EDIT
I was thinking of another location, SASCO is BLM land, but still our best bet! SASCO OR BUST

Yes, it is a one day Op. We're going to have a carpool set up from Phoenix, we'll most likely meet in a Parking Lot in South Phoenix, all load up into the designated cars, then drive down. Anyone who wants to drive is encouraged to stop by the carpool area and take some of the people in their vehichle, and people are encouraged to give a few dollars to the driver to cover a portion of the gas. It's not required, but it's a nice gesture.
