VFC M82A1
« on: December 05, 2006, 07:20:47 PM »
I am probably going to pick one of these up for Christmas, but the only problem is, everywhere is sold out. (except andairsoft.com, but I'm not sure they actually have it)  Anyone know where they have one in stock?

Evike.com is one of the only few in the U.S. with this monster available. We are currently sold out on this item and we have a special order of about 10 pieces which will arrive by Christmas. VFC is currently manufacture their new models so this very special order will take a while to arrive to us. There will be 10 pieces available by Christmas time and it will be the only 10 piece for another while.

Why do you want one?  Just curious.  They're big, bulky, heavy, and shoot 8mm bb's.  Not to mention, they're kinda finicky.  Wait until ESCORT works their system into it.

Well, I'm not gonna be carrying it around doing recon with it.  And VFC fixed the problems with the loading and firing mechanics.

Why not just put that money towards a car??
It'll prove more useful than a 1.4 grand toy.

Because I'm already getting a car.  Either a 1967 Mercury Cougar XR7, or a 2001 Ford Mustang. (I only get the Mustang if my grandma dies before February)

Useless expenditure. The thing probably weighs more than you do, 8mm bbs are expensive and hard to come by. It would be a very foolish purchase, even if it was purchased for you.
