I was not trying to sway the votes here,i was just voicing an opinion.Trust me im all about saftey too guys.I was nearly saying that the experiences i had with 400 fps AEGs and GBBs in CQB were not bad ones.We all were extra carefull and took lots of precaution.I am getting frustrated that i can not put what i am thinking into words. But yes i agree with all of you.(wish i could re-read my first post)

GBB's and CQB
« Reply #20 on: June 03, 2003, 04:52:09 PM »
Question for all you AA members out there...  I know that MOST of the players that use GBB's use green gas in them because 134a is not convenient to find or to fill mags with.  That being said, GBB's using green gas tend to have a fluctuating velocity.  Most of the more popular ones (KSC, KJW, etc) all fire in the 320-270 area, and most of the time, only the first 2 or 3 shots are above 300 FPS.
What is everyone's take on GBB's for CQB with the "under 300 FPS" limit?  Should exceptions be made for *most* GBB's?  I say *most* because there are some like the WA Prokillers that are closer to 400 FPS using green gas and 350 using hfc134a.

Or should we not allow Green Gas to be used?
