P90 not feeding
« on: December 20, 2006, 01:40:39 PM »
I just got a p90 and unless I take the mag off the top and shove a BB in with another BB or the unjamming rod, it will just knock the BB back out of the chamber. It looks like the piston is not coming back far enough to drop the BB in. Anyone run into this before, or know how to fix it?

I may not be the baddest dude, but the baddest dude calls every morning to make sure we\'re still friends.

I'm not totally sure, but I could be that the gears aren't set up right. Have you been inside the gearbox at all? If the gears aren't timed right then it wouldn't pull back all the way. Are you running a stock spring in it?

When you look down into the feeding "hole" does the nozzle move back and forth. Or remove the font/ upper receiver to see if the nozzle is traveling.

1)Nozzle broken or not connected to tappet plate 2)tappet plate broken 3) both tappet and nozzle broken 4) hop-up unit problem?

Are you in Tempe until 7:30 tomorrow? It would be easier to bring the gun to work and stop by on the way home since I work in Scottsdale and live in Mesa.
