I recently purchased WE-Tech XDM Compact. Out of the box it shot great! Except for this:

Upon firing the gun, when the slide blows back, the plastic gas nozzle/BB loader stays stuck in the inner barrel. The gun ends up firing as though it has a full-auto mode, or simply blowing back and being unable to fire again until the slide gets pulled back a second time (loading an additional BB).

I have read that there is a fix for this that involves some light filing, however I did not understand  the article because I'm no pro at terminology (this is my first GBB pistol). I don't want to deal with the hassle of returning the item to the online retailer.

Anyone know what to do in this case, or have advice? Should I just try to return it, or is there a simple fix that I can use?

I can describe a couple of accessories that I'm somewhat interested in, but I do not know their names. Can anyone help me?

1) U-shaped accessory that attaches to your vest. If your gun is on a sling it's supposed to catch the front handguard and lock it in place, so it functions almost as a holster.
2) Another vest accessory that holds your mags in a plastic shell, similar to a magwell. You pull your mags down and out of it in order to reload.

I am also wondering what hydration carrier/bladder is the favorite among airsofters, and why.

G36 magwell conversion kits.
Has anyone used this? Do they work as advertised? What are the downsides? What brand M4 mags fit best in a Matrix brand conversion kit?

What brand of midcap G36 mag is best? I am looking for durability, good feeding, and good feel.

At this point in time, I am being careful about how much money I spend on airsoft, so I am trying to decide whether to use G36 mags exclusively or convert to M4 mags to be able to share with others.

Friend bought from Evike, gun arrived without the magazine catch/release button. Just the left side is missing, but the gun is pretty useless without it. Evike requiresthat he pay to ship the gun back. Anyone happen to have this part?

A friend took apart his AK with the intention of learning how it all works. He cleaned it, lubed it, upgraded some parts. Then he decided to add a Bravo AMU #1, and the trouble began. After days of trying and failing to solder everything properly, he gave up. Now it's a year later, and he's given me the gun, disassembled, in a box.

To sum up my problem: I have forgotten how the wires from the motor and battery attach to the plastic trigger mechanism. Specifically where they attach and whether they need to be soldered onto it or clipped in place. Can anyone help?

Just seeing if anyone might have a Lipo battery, 11.1v and 2000+mah, that they would be willing to sell to me. It must fit in an M4 or G36 hand guard, so no larger than a mini type 8.6v.battery.
