Pretty sure selling of Intellectual Property you don't own is illegal. This is probably gonna get locked or removed. Just so you know. (You might want to check your EULA)

I mean, theoretically, he is just selling the time he used to level up the character, and the access to the account.

He posts a disclaimer at the bottom of his craigslist add that covers this.
