Title: Team Sauce Hosts Op. Black Alfredo
Post by: Fung Li on June 16, 2012, 07:26:42 PM
This post has been deleted because the game likely constitutes trespassing and is illegal.

Illegal airsoft at night is best organized off the forums; trust me, I know.

I don't care about tracer rounds.  I would recommend a flashlight, though.

And everyone else, we need golf carts, ATVs, etc.  The field alloted to us is just under a half mile wide!

Do you have to go both nights?
If not then I will have 6 total for Saturday, whatever team needed.

you say you need golf carts and atvs;
for what exact purpose?

The field alloted to us is nearly a half mile wide, and much of it is open terrain with no more than a tree here or there.  In addition to giving players a way to cover an expanse of field rapidly with a lesser chance of being shot, it can also provide a tactical advantage/ disadvantage, depending on how they are used.

I would like everyone to be at least 16, but if you want to bring smallish children go ahead.  Just know I'm not responsible for when they get hurt.

The first set of coordinates are the parking area.  The second set of coordinates is the turn off of S Mountain Rd.  If you see a Fujifilm factory in the general area when you enter the coordinates into google maps, you're in the right location.  A satellite view makes it easier to see the field.
I will try to get pics up, but I don't have any with me at the moment and I'm not exactly available to drive all the way out there every day.

Make sure you can drive well, to those who are bringing vehicles!  I don't want any injuries, so no running people over either xD

Oh i didn't want you to drive out there and take pic. i think you misunderstand me. i was asking for a pic of to show where we enter and park according to google map. like if you can take a pic of the google map and then highlight where we park and where we can enter into the filed at and stuff.

So can you provide a written signed and notarized permission to use the field? Last I checked it's still illegal. LOL

Just like the Rave that was recently broke up there by MCSO

This will be a great night whose bringing the popcorn?

The ATV's at night going to be hilarious. I bet someone is going to get run over.. I am so bringing a video camera to watch this bloodbath.  Have fun with the insurance claims from the injured minors!

If you're here to join the game, that's great.  If you're not, butt out and let me deal with legal issues.  Last time I checked, neither you nor anyone else in your airsoft team is responsible for me or anyone else I bring along.   I'm tired of dealing with you people.

And yes, I realize ATVs are not the best idea considering it's a night game.  I would prefer something less dangerous, like golf carts if possible.

This has cluster written all over it.

Please, please, please have written permission to play at that field.  With 30+ people wanting to go to your game on a field that is (per Maricopa County Assessor Records) owned by Terracon, it's going to get very messy if/when the MCSO shows up to break up your party...  Especially if there are people with what the state likes to call "pellet guns" riding around shooting each other on ATVs within city limits.

If you have written permission, then by all means have fun.

If you don't have written permission, I'll be listening to the police scanners and watching the news Saturday night.

Look, Fuji is a No-Go field until someone can provide physical, written and notarized evidence that permission has been granted.  As of today, noone on this board has provided this documentation.

As for "butting out", we play this hobby just as much as you do.  And I'll be damned if my hobby gets banned in this state because of your stupidity and lack of common sense.

Your 16... You have clearly no idea of the legality surrounding this.

You people need to get your facts straight about who owns the property; I've heard multiple different claims about multiple corporations.  The thing is, if you keep quiet and stop exclaiming shit that cops can pick up on, they won't be around.  Yes, ATVs are an EXTREMELY bad idea now that I think about it.  I was going to cap the event at around 30, anyways.  And honestly, who cares about a bunch of kids running around the desert at 20:00 at night?

Are you lying about having permission? Do you or do you not have permission to be there?

Why not post the written permission to put everybody at ease?

Probably because its not written. And we played their last week and had a blast even though it was hot(morning), everything was fine.

Cause it's not your property to do it on.

So basically what your saying is you just lied to everyone on the boards about having permission..

Listen kid... You are a PRIME example why minors have a bad rep..

Yes, I do have permission.  No, I do not have the means to post it on a forum, because it is not electronic.

So no, I did not lie about not having permission when in fact I do.

My bad, I typo'd the name.  It's owned by Femcon and not Terracon.  Regardless, does this link put your claims to rest? http://mcassessor.maricopa.gov/Assessor/ParcelApplication/Detail.aspx?ID=304-34-019-S (http://mcassessor.maricopa.gov/Assessor/ParcelApplication/Detail.aspx?ID=304-34-019-S)

Kept quiet or not, it's still illegal and endangers the sport.

Yes, wasn't the brightest.  Sounded cool, but not in this type of environment.

Concerned neighbors and the police do.

Then you better find a way to scan it in and post it.  Signed and Notarized?

Non-written permission is the same as no permission. Don't post this game again.
