AEG's / Tokyo Mauri Scar-L Next Gen Recoil Shock, comparison between L & H

After handling a team-mates Scar-H that I built him a while ago, I had been lusting after the new TM Scar's ever since. Since I already have too many .308 rifles in my arsenal, I decided that I'd go the Scar-L CQC myself.
I'll be keeping it stock except for a flashider/silencer, and maybe a flat hop mod, and a light spring upgrade eventually. These things are only shooting 280fps w/ .20g stock and still send .30g out so much further than your mind tells you they should. Its hard to justify cracking it open to upgrade it when they shoot so damn well...
I also love the fact that it locks the bolt back when your magazine is empty, and will not fire until you replace the mag with a fresh mag, and then hit the ping pong paddle to release the bolt again.
One gripe, and its a major gripe, was the flash hider was obviously removed by Ehobbyasia when they were painting the flash hider. They cross-threaded it when they put it back on, and severely damaged the threads. Was quite pissed when I removed it to put on my steel flash hider. A little bit of thread locker and all is well, however. Just disappointing when $750 is spent on an AEG only to have it arrive with stripped barrel threads.
Here she is, fresh off the boat from Japan... via Hong Kong...
With the QD scar silencer attached, along with my Elcan SpectreDR. Ain't she a beaut?
Update:
It lasted a day.. I had to crack open the body to see the insides. I guess building custom rifles for too many years has led me to just not be able to leave well enough alone... I found a strange variation from the Scar-L to the Scar-H... while the gearboxes appear identical, the Scar-L has plastic bushings while the Scar-H has metal ones. Even the nozzles appear roughly the same, it seems that the placement of the BB feed on the scar-h's magazine compensates for its extra length so that they did not have to redesign anything internally or mostly externally with the exception of the lower reciever.
Here is a little comparison of the two. Poor lighting but you get the general idea. They are pretty close in overall length, just the addition of the EGLM on the Scar-H hides the fact that it takes 308 magazines instead.
