slightly scratched on one side and small scratches on the other, nothing to deep just blemishes, im also looking for trades so if you want to get rid of anything let me know...

yes sir... it has a solid cone on the inside, not the one with the slots in it, its pretty loud, not like putting exhaust on a car, but it does make a slight more noise, noticable, makes it sound better i believe...
