General Airsoft Discussion / Re: Old Tucson OP, Saturday Oct. 1

We, at Toxic felt this event went well. Was it perfect, no, were we understaffed, no, (how much direction does an experienced airsofter need?). As for players following the "rules of engagement", there were no problems. Did we learn alot for the next "OP" in May, of course. Having Airsoft Megastore present was huge for us, because we have finally brought the proper recognition we as airsofters deserve here in AZ. We are now partner'd with the largest Airsoft fields in SOCAL, what does that mean? This means that we, at Toxic, will now cross-promote eachother and have alot more Calif. players coming to our facility and much more (cannot discuss all details at this time). Our goal at Toxic is only to grow this sport and keep it fun, exciting and safe. As for Player count at this "OP", we had in attendance around 75 players. I thought this was a great turn-out for only having 30 days to promote. I agree with many players, the price was a little high, that and multiple other discoveries will be corrected for the OP in May. Everybody needs to remember, Old Tucson has never been a venue before and the first time will always be a learning experience. Toxic and Airsoft Megastore did give-away; 2 G36's, 2 Shotguns, 1 M14, 4 Revolvers and 20 Goodie Bags.
