AEG's / Mp5 conversion to G3/Mc51 QUESTION..??

I have an CA Mp5 and i am wondering if can buy a G3 metal body and place it on, to make my mp5 (older pre-2006 version) an MC51 or Hk/g3 series .... ???? thanks for feedback?

:?:    Could somebody take a minute to explain to me why silicone oil is used on AEGs and not just for GBBs?  what should one be lubing up w/ it considering there are no seals on an AEG... thnx
