About the metal slide idea sean, why would you upgrade a spring pistol? I certainly wouldn't, it would be a waste of money.

Yeah I know, I was just curious more than anything else.  I don't plan on using this pistol at all once I get my AEG, except for maybe the occasional sidearm or to loan out to friends.

is this the cybergun model?  slide comes off, but is all in one piece with the piston spring and all and doent come apart?

good gun for a spring, very durable.  its what i use.  its been bashed about, thrown, dropped from 3 stories, gone underwater, and taken multiple dirt dives.  strip it, clean it, grease it, and it works great.  excellent mag feed, ect.  i use it constantly for plinking at home inside, and will carry it as a backup.  wounded two guys with it at op: dragonhead.  it chronoed at 210 with 12s and 200 with 20s.

Hey, anyone know about the Sig Sauer P-226 pistols?  I've heard they were pretty nice and I just bought one for a little under $30, but haven't really gotten a chance to use it yet.  The package says it shoots 260 FPS-ish, but after shooting it I would say its around 200 FPS.  Still, I thought that was pretty good for a springer.  Let me know if anyone has any ideas.  By the way, is it possible to get metal slides for spring pistols such as this one?  I'm not necessarily going to, but I'm just exploring my options... an AEG is still at least two months down the road []  Oh well, at least I'm getting one [}:)]!!  Alright, thanks guys.
