What's the error message you are receiving when this happens?  Also, do you have an alternate connection you can use (IE cell phone)?

Sometimes when I load it on my cell phone (Samsung Exhibit 2 4G) I get an error page that says it can't load the webpage. I try it again and it loads fine.

I have noticed this too from time to time. I find it to be more of a Server/Connection/Que overloaded or packet loss type problem than actual downtime. I'm running Cox, 27mpbs on a Motorola DOCSIS 3 Modem. Every time I see it happen, I open a second tab and load a random webpage to verify my connection. But the second webpage has always loaded immediately, when AA has sometimes taken up to 20 secs before it will acknowledge refresh requests.

Personally, I don't think it's anything to worry about, since it's not like your running transactions on this website, or any time sensitive information stuff. But if you'd like, I can try to keep a log of every time I run into it.

Hiccup at 12:02pm today, roughly 10 secs before refresh clicks worked.

Again at 4:11pm today. Did the same thing as above. Took me about 10 secs again to get it to refresh.

Do you want me to keep track of these? Or just ignore them? It doesn't really bother me much.

What's the exact error message you are getting?  If it's just "Page Cannot be Displayed" then it doesn't really help.  But if you are getting a DNS error or something, that would give an indication.  That said, if we are talking about getting the error message once and a refresh fixes it, I would say it's a non-issue.

Like I say, no error message. It just sits there and tries to load a page, waiting and waiting, with no progress on load. After about 2 seconds I'll hit refresh, and it will do the same thing. Then about another 5 or 6 secs later, I'll hit refresh again and it will work just fine, as if nothing ever happened.

So maybe I'm getting twitchy and don't give it time to throw an error message at me. Next time it happens, I'll just leave it alone and see what I get.

I was just getting the "could not load page (maybe you aren't connected to the internet?)" error, but I obviously was connected to the internet because my instant messengers stayed online and my connection to the Minecraft server never dropped or lagged.

Also, since that one week I haven't seen this error. So that was weird, but I guess it was probably on my end.

3:17 pm today. This one was down for a couple minutes. Error:

Connection Problems
Sorry, SMF was unable to connect to the database. This may be caused by the server being busy. Please try again later.

This is different than the previous problems discussed.
You probably know about this one already.

When I posted this I was experiencing outages lasting six hours, give or take. It must have been local though, other people weren't experiencing the same outages I was.

I don't know if this is just me but I wasn't able to access the website for pretty much the entire day. It was working fine in the morning around <10 but after that I couldn't access it until just now.

Well, I have Century link, but it has been going down for me as well. Which is VERY inconvenient, as I am trying to work out a trade.
