Introduce Yourself! / Re: Looking for a new hobby
« on: February 11, 2016, 10:45:56 PM »
there was a guy that i sold my vector to who had a team that only played during the week over at VIP on val vista and baseline. That was the best time to go as there were hardly any kids playing during those times. not sure about west valley though.

« on: December 07, 2015, 11:12:41 PM »
I have a we 416c with only one magazine though. Im currently using it for personal review purposes but i plan on having that done with by the end of the month. Looking at $220 and still comes with all original packaging and is in great condition besides paint wear on the buffer tube which i shall touch on in my review lol.

Did you find a GBBR yet? I've got a slightly modifed AGM GBB M4 someone gave me, and I just don't have a need for it. Sell for cheap.
Haven't found one yet but the AGM's are pretty low quality. New nozzles, hop up chambers/ bucking's, trigger sets, and mags are first upgrades usually.

I bought myself a 416c and am now looking for some used WE m4 gas magazines. 20 round VN style or 30 round stanag doesnt matter. Color is not an issue either however im not interested in CO2 versions.

VIP is hit or miss. I like going on days when there wont be that many people usually during the week as i bring a group of friends. During the weekends the place is usually packed and there are way to many young players for me. There is also tempe paintball which is smaller than VIP but the crowd there is usually older and more experienced but i normally dont go there as its out of the way for me. I dont really know any other cqb arena's in the area.

AEG's / Re: need help making a DMR.
« on: April 03, 2015, 04:37:49 PM »
I'd go with a 6.03 and a reaps or maple leaf bucking instead of a madbull but that's just me. A double o ring cylinder head for better a air seal and more fps along with a sealed (oring)air nozzle to go with that. Depending on how well things are sealed you might not need to upgrade a spring as the stock one might just be fine with a solid air seal. Im not really sure what else as a good hop is probably the most important.

Troubleshooting / Re: KWA gbb track record problems.
« on: February 05, 2015, 08:46:47 AM »
Regarding the topic at hand, those other companies you mention their warranty programs are much more recent than KWA.  When KWA USA started offering warranties, that was a new thing.
That's part of my thinking though. When they showed up it was new but it no longer is. It's old and needs to be updated to compete with these new manufacturers who are offering better warranty programs some of which are not even under a premium price bracket. certain Ares and elite force products come to mind. I know it probably wont happen but airsoft has been changing quite a bit so one can hope.

This talk of AEG stuff is foreign to me  :o I only deal in GBB's now. Companies like VFC, elite force, g&g does offer a kick ass warranty as well. Im sure it depends on the gun you buy though. Any where from 30 to 2 years depending on the gun. Certain elite force m4's get one year, the top tech line gets a two year warranty, and some VFC guns get one year. Gas guns dont get very good warranties though. Elite force's warranties exceed that of KWA. They have a 60 day warranty.
