High caps only for support gunners.

Specifics will be sent out to players. But expect to show up at 730, chrono till 830, game start at 9 and run until noon, break for lunch then play until 3-4pm. Typical-ish game schedule.

That vest is a POS. If you put anything on the MOLLE it will peal away the velcro. Useless for utility, and if you are going for some super squirrel delta look the molle thrown on it negates the authenticity.

The problem with shopping around is that you may end up with one that is not programmed for FRS frequencies or is unable to be programmed.

Without knowing what you are using to discharge the green gas, it would be hard to know how to help.

I have gotten pretty good range using madbull paintball 203 rounds using green gas. You have to find a nice balance between the seal of the round in the barrel, a quick dump valve and the right gas/air volume to push it.

Lots of fun!! great to see some familiar faces, and pelt them with bbs.

Give us the lowdown: Parts, engine, drive train, treads? time to build, costs?

There are a lot of "tanks" at national ops using rangers and 6x6 buggies as the base vehicle. A lot of airsofters carry AT weapons too.

The biggest drawback from using vehicles at games is the lack of good places to play with trails big enough for vehicles. N. AZ is just too far for a one day OP for phx players.

I really dig what you did!! would love to stop by for a test drive someday, and could convert your barrel to shoot nerf rockets instead of paintballs.

General Airsoft Discussion / Re: "Bang-Bang!" Rule
« on: September 20, 2011, 06:44:27 PM »
I would say that the rule is within 10ft, and usually has to be an obvious line of sight kill. You can't yell it over an obstacle and expect the other guy to give up. However if you have sights on and are pointing through a hole in the brush or pallet or whatever then fine.

This goes out the window in a CQB environment.

User discretion though, don't get pissed when the person you shout at, turns around and stitches you up the front, because they almost always will. Many times they have done that after I have shot them as well, and then get pissed because you didn't also call yourself out.

If the problem can be solved without a gun, don't use a gun. If it can only be solved with a gun, there is probably more important things for the police to be concerned with.

Killing a snake in your yard does not require a gun, and I highly doubt you can convince a cop that you needed to shoot your gun within city limits if your life was not on the line and alternatives were readily available. Just don't.

Accessories & Gear / Re: Shooting glasses?
« on: September 07, 2011, 09:15:17 PM »
I almost always use shooting glasses, mostly because of fogging issues with goggles.

The best goggles I have found and the only ones I still have, reduce fogging and are "sealed" are bole T-800.

Accessories & Gear / Re: How much gear is overkill?
« on: August 15, 2011, 08:46:34 PM »
The wearing of gear will make more sense as you play. BDUs however are more for identification or sides in a game than for anything else.

If you wear gear to look cool but it serves no function, you are doing it wrong.

Knee pads make sense in a lot of terrain to save yourself from digging cholla thorns out of your patella after taking a knee on a cactus, and I remember it saved someone from an empty shell casing on a MOUT site. They do however tend to restrict movement and get hot.

I wear just under enough of what I think I need at a game.
