Can I get Positive Confirmation that the point on the Map below is where the game is at, and thus where we need to go?
We will not be meeting at the Circle K as we will be coming from a different direction and need to make absolutely sure we know where we are going.

F.O.B. Scorpio
March 21-22 2015

This is a Total Immersion Event, Designed to simulate what life might be like if deployed to a Forward Operating Base in the middle east. You will conduct patrols, raids, recon missions, as well as other special missions based on how the 24 hour tour plays out. You are not safe in the FOB. Scorpio can, and will be attacked at any time. There will not be a lot of instruction, You will be give mission orders and everything else is on you, plan of attack, what route to take, how to set up security.  As long as you complete the objective by the deadline we don’t care how you get it done.
This is a 24 hour event, Thus camping is encouraged, however the FOB is a live fire zone, eye protection must be worn at all times in the FOB. The only time you are permitted to remove eye pro is at the staging area off the field, or inside a tent. All players will be instructed not to fire directly at tents or people in them. That being said we still recommend wearing eye pro at all times even when in a tent.

In phase 2 an Allied UAV that had crashed in rebel territory was successfully extracted by an Allied assault force, and its secrets were kept safe. In addition the Allied forces were able to find and disarm a Rebel Bomb containing hazardous material.

Phase 3 description:
Rebel forces have stepped up activity and have been receiving large shipments of weapons and supplies weekly, from an unknown supplier. There is a weakness in the transit rout in and out of the rebel stronghold. The allies intend to exploit this weakness and halt all vehicle travel in and out of the region. Allied forces will infiltrate the area and place demo charges in a flood control tunnel that runs under the roadway. These special Demo Charges have a ten min arming time. The Allied forces will have to keep the area sanitized while the charges are armed. Once armed, nothing can stop them from going off.

WARNING: It gets very cold out in the desert at night. Each Base will have a place for a fire and for camping and will be strictly off limits for shooting. Please bring your own tent and sleeping bag. And make sure to dress for the cold.

WARNING: NI-MH Batteries do not work in temperatures below 40 degrees F.
DDMS Highly recommends using Li-Po Batteries at this event. 7.4V Li-Po batteries will operate an AEG that normally uses NI-MH batteries ranging from 7.4V-9.6V with no problem and actually with better performance. No gun modifications are needed to run a 7.4V Li-Po.

We may have some Li-Po's available for rent but this is not yet set in stone. If you have questions about Li-Po batteries please feel free to ask us.
You can also purchase Li-Po batteries at Tactical Airsoft Guns.com

Rebel forces Camo: All tan style Camouflage this includes Desert marpat, Desert tri color and ACU. . If you have a question on whether a camo counts as tan ask us. General camo color must be same for top and bottom, they do not have to match but they must be tan.

Fee: There is a $5 per person entry fee. This will go to cover game expenses. We will also be raffeling off a couple of prizes. You will be given a ticket when you pay your fee.

This operation is Total Immersion, That means the Game starts the minute the vehicles roll on location, we will be heading out from the meeting location already divided into teams and the two teams will park and stage near their camp site (at opposite ends of the field.) The parking and Camping areas are strictly off-limits for shooting. This means do not shoot into them, do not shoot out of them, do not shoot across them. PERIOD.

Some food and drinks provided, but there is not a ton, feel free to bring your own. Some extra goodies will be given based on event objectives completed.

Game admins will be walking around during the entire game to ensure the rules are followed. These admins may also be in play during special side missions so they will be fully armed at all times.
When Admins are not in play they will be wearing reflective orange (Hunters Orange) or high vis yellow. Never shoot at anyone wearing High vis orange or yellow. These could be in the form of hats, or vests.

anyone who needs to cross the field for any reason and does not want to get shot at (IE Rebel forces that want to visit the Tactical Airsoft Guns.com tent) Should walk across the field with a red kill flag or contact an Admin.
All guns are limited to semi-Auto or 3-5 round burst.

Medic rules: Each team will have 1 Medic per 10 people on the team (if your team has 29 people you get 2 medics) Each medic will have a set number of revives and may only revive 4 people. To revive someone as a medic you must take ribbon provided and rap the wounded limb three times and then tie it off. This will count as a revive and the player is good to go. There is no limit to the number of times a person can be revived, but each medic has a limited number of revives. If a person is unable to be revived (medics out of revives/ dead) they will return to their camping area with at red kill flag/light and wait until the next mass revive.
There will be a Mass revive every hour on the hour during the day and every half hour after sunset. At each mass revive the number of revives for each medic resets (these do not accrue, no roll-overs) Thus, each medic can revive 4 people per hour during the day and 4 people per half hour during the night.

~~Please bring a red kill flag~~ A red kill light is also recommended for after dark.

Deaths: Any hit to the body (even earlobes and pinky toes) count. (you have medics this is fair) Any hit to a gun or piece of equipment that otherwise would have struck the body also count.

Allied Primary Mission:
Allied Forces will end the rebellion once and for all by eliminating The Rebel leaders and destroying the encampment. This attack will commence in the early morning of November 9, 2014.

In order to complete this primary mission a series of objectives must first be met.
1. Allied forces must infiltrate the area by ground vehicle and set up a temerity Forward Operating Base. (FOB) and defend this base until the following morning.

2. Prior to the Main assault, Allied forces must first knock out Rebel communications via destroying their communication tower.
OR
The Allied Forces must destroy the power generator for the rebel facility.
Which target is your primary will be specified once your FOB is set up.

To destroy these objectives you will need a specialist contractor supplied by the Local Market.
Before the Market Owner will trust you enough to lone you some of his men, you will first have to do some jobs for him. When you have earned his trust, he will loan you one of his contractors who will assist you in blowing up the tower.

3.In addition, two possible attack routs must be scouted and cleared of any possible hazards prior to the main assault. These specific routs will be given by command once the FOB is established. Along these routs, and across the field in general, there will be orange flags placed on the ground to indicate Land Mines. Allied forces are not allowed to go within 30 feet of any of these mines, or they will be killed. To remove the mines, the area must be secured and an allied solder must crawl to the flag, count to 30 and then remove it, the mine is cleared. For every 10 flags that the Allies recover a reward will be given.

4. Allied forces are undersupplied for this mission, An airdrop of supplies was made shortly before your arrival but due to bad wind conditions the drop broke up mid air and was scattered across the AO. The more of these crates you have in your stock pile, the more food you will have in the morning.

5. Rebel forces may try to raid your stockpile of crates. Especially after dark. If you want to eat you better guard it with your life. If the rebels do happen to make off with some of your crates, you can steal the back simply by going and stealing them from their stock pile.

Rebel forces Primary mission:
The Primary mission of the rebel forces is simple, keep all allied forces out of your territory. Keep the rebel leaders alive for the whole event. Repel any attack and wipe out any allied forces that violate your territory. It is especially important that you do not lose your communication tower or you will not be able to use radios and walky-talkies. In addition to this tower, there will be several other key locations that need to be protected.

In addition to your primary mission you may acquire extra food, ammo and other goodies. By stealing them from the Allied stock pile. At sun rise the stock piles will be counted and extra food will be issued based on the number of crates in your stock pile. The location of this stock pile is know because your spies have gathered intel on the Allies plan of attack and this line of leaking information was established during Phase one with the first intel transfer.
