Real Sword Type 97B

Overall the gun is is awesome condition. It has some scuffs and small scratches from use but nothing major.

Internally its got a Nukefet, wired to deans, custom motor, Modify bushings, Lonex steel shims, and a Madbull Python 363mm 6.01 barrel. And you get 2 brand new pistons, just in case. Externally, it has the RS scope mount and a barrel mounted rail for flashlights. Flash hider comes off and it has -14mm threading.

Its been sorbo AOE corrected, teflon wrapped cyl head, Bevel to pinion shimmed, and has a non-permanent mod to make the trigger pull much shorter and less mushy. Also I replaced the stock mag catch with an ambi catch from a ghk g5. Anyone who has played with a t97 knows how much of a pain the right side mag release is. Now you can press the catch from the left side, it feels natural and greatly speeds up reloading.

It shoots lasers, at 335fps on .28s. Will come with an indoor spring that's at ~330 on .2s. Shoots about 23rps on an 11.1.

$350

Maruzen MP5 Charger

Older Japanese GBB mp5 that runs great and is a blast to use on CQB fields. It has the green gas mod, comes with 7 total mags. (4)50rnd, and (3)30rnd mags. Shoots great out to about 120 ft, and shoots in the low 300s on gg. Full auto shreds at about 30rps

$280

Tokyo Marui MP7 GBB

Includes the MP7, 7 mags, 2 silencer adapters, extra hopup parts, VelocitySystems quad mag pouch, and original box.

I bought this used and spent about $150 on new parts. I replaced the metal inner body, every little spring in the gun, and a few other parts that had some damage. I also got an extra hop chamber, I modified it to run vsr or even aeg barrels. Its nice to have, but I always go back to the stock barrel hop configuration, it shoots lasers, and its right at my fields fps limit.

I did some mods to allow it to run propane safely, I was sick of using duster gas.. Without the mods, the gun would have destroyed itself from recoil. Its a pretty strong design, but not strong enough to run double the pressure it was made for.. I put a ~150% recoil spring in, cut the hammer spring down, drilled a relief hole in the nozzle to vent excess pressure, added sorbo to the recoil plate, and did a simple mod to the mags. The result is awesome, the recoil is crisp and strong, like it was with a warm mag of duster gas. Cooldown is fantastic on propane, you can dump mags with ease. The fps is at about 340 with .2s, and 330 with .28s.

Since I have put the new parts into it, I have put probably just about 5k bbs through it, so its still really fresh inside. The way it stands today, I would run it at a major op without hesitation. Currently, a few mags need some tlc, but its nothing major and will be taken care of before it leaves my hands. The makeshift body pin will also be replaced. The only issue is if you push up on the selector while on full auto, the trigger locks up. If you rest your thumb on top of the selector, you'll never have an issue with it. I should be able to fix it but I'm not sure yet.

$380

Had a great time! Big thanks to the people at Crossfire.

However, there was a disgusting amount of trash left behind at the main camp site, the one right across from the briefing area. The area is littered with tiny scraps and there was a full trash bag, a broken folding chair and a plastic jug left by the two fire pits. Our group left at around 9pm, and and there was another storm upon us. We were only able to pick up the big stuff.

Seriously guys, WTF... What happens when park rangers see the mess left behind?

Here is a quote from the OP, "Bring trash bags to pack your trash and take with you when you leave.  The area we are going to be in should be just as clean if not cleaner than before we got there. " ...

On a positive note, to the person who lost their optic out on the field, we found it! PM me with what kind of scope/optic it is and we can figure out how to get it back to you.

Hey guys, I'm going to California next week for Op Bad Blood, and I could really use a little extra cash, so here are a few things that I don't really use. Feel free to msg me at 6027908105

-Tokyo Marui AK-47. Bone stock and has somewhere around 6k rounds through it. I am the second owner, got it from an old friend who never fielded it, just sat in his closet. Ive shot it in the backyard a bunch and fielded it a few times at vip. Shoots like a TM, a little slow, but extremely accurate. Still has the Marui magic dust in the hopup. Only thing I'm missing is the butt plate, which is easily sourced. $160 includes original box, mag, and battery. http://imgur.com/a/QFVjQ full album

-WE tech F226. This was a total impulse buy, always liked Sigs, but I have a TM1911 so its a non-essential part of my collection. Has a few scratches, cause WE loves their micron thick coatings, but other than that shoots like new. Its really gas efficient, and the mags are 100% leak free. Kicks really good for a WE. Accurate to 120 ft with stock barrel and bucking. Includes gun, 24 round mag and 30 round mag. $65

Gas Powered Guns / Re: Looking to get a GBBR any ideas
« on: January 22, 2015, 01:04:05 PM »
The GHK G5 has served me really well for around 5k rounds now. I decided to buy one after handling one for just a moment, its the lightest most comfortable rifle I could have ever hoped for. People complain about the receiver cracking from the recoil, which by the way is more than you get from a .22lr, but its easily avoidable with some simple mods like gluing in a bit of sorbothane. Mag compatibility is a dream come true. I run the GHK mags, G&P pmags, and the G&P usgi 50 rounders.
