That's what I did, so that's why I'm here.

My name is Derek from AZEX in Mesa, I've been a rifle builder and firearms refinisher for 11 years.

Since 1999 I've operated AZEX, Arizona Expertarms, first in Flagstaff (no money) and then for a couple years each in Mesa, then Gilbert, and back to Mesa. We intend to stay in Mesa for a while.

I'm married, have 2 critters (sadly, neither are tall enough to reach the sandblasting cabinet yet), and live...you guessed it, in Mesa.

I'd never owned much more exciting than springers until I picked up a Tanio Koba VP70M full set. Now, I'm on the hunt for more of them. If you know someone who has one, please put them in touch with me.

Sadly, this is a tough gun to get these days. But I persevere.
