Posting your personal problems on the boards is not the correct way to go about getting help.
Language such as this is not necessary, no matter how angry you may be.  I understnad it's a difficult situation, but try to keep your head on your shoulders.

I have been hit on three front in the last three weeks over airsoft supplies

The KWJ pistol... the seller is NOT responding to any of my emails.
The Gaurder scope from BArt - I emailed and sat pateinetly with no word after the email I received saying it was shipped... and it wasn't.
Batterypacksonly - I purchased a fairly costly charger for my M4 and roomamtes AUG and they confirmed just 30 min ago it wasn't shipped yet after only the ffith email.

I got plenty to be upset about.  It is not right for that to happen I deal online ALL the time.. and I have helped many who have been screwed get what was promised to them.  There has to be someway around this customs BS

Well, if the guys name is Joseph Chai, I emailed him asking if he would sell me items and ship them via TNT or UPS, he got back to me real quick.  He said they havent had a problem using HKSP.  I told him that I knew someone in AZ and the gun has been in customs for nearly 2 weeks, and he was not responding to emails.  I said I might purchase things from him in the future if he gives a money back guarantee or uses TNT or UPS.

I'll let you know if you gets back to me.  He is obviously ignoring you.

just received email from seller and on hold with FPNF customs office.

**edit**
Dear Joseph

We are still in the process of checking your package. Your package hasn't been Seizured yet.Holding in Custom doesn't mean Seizure.

We have been working hard to find out what happen, but how come you suddenly leave us a negative feedbacks??

Even if custom sezure the gun, the gun has orange tip and custom should not take it away.

Would you be able to comment your feedback to us? It seems like pretty unfair.

customs is saying gun is gone... seller requested customs number said he was gonna talk to them to release gun some how... seizure means seizure...  and I told them to paint the tip orange like required....  which is what customs stats it was seized for lack of.

Thats exactly what happened to me, except I had to wait for 30 days for it to be seized, it just sat there.  He can do nothing, once its seized, it will most likely stay seized, unless of course, he files an appeal, and gets it out somehow, which will take a very long time.

Good luck.

NO, the orange paint doesnt matter.  I'd still have it put on, but you must have it shipped by TNT or UPS, or it will get seized again.  I'd be willing to be you $20 bucks that if you get one sent by HKSP, you won't get it.
