Anyone know of a good place to camp and have a weekend airsoft war in Arizona. I was thinking somewhere out in the forest. Thx

These AA vets are gonna eat you alive for posting this...
I wouldn't play in just a random area, odds are if people are camping there, people will be hunting there (not sure about AZ actually..) but it is still very unsafe. Atleast clear it with the police or something so you don't end up gettin killed. Not sure if that's possible but still.

Use common sense when taking your airsoft gear camping, others in the area won't know that you're using toys. Good luck finding a fun area to do both.

Yah it's still possible, depends if you know someone who works at the sheriff's office. But yah make sure the local police office knows where your going. (I just call a buddy of mine and he clears it)

This is correct.  You can camp and play airsoft on BLM land.  I have an email from Michael Werner from the Phoenix BLM Office which states:

Quote
If it just casual use no permits are needed.  Just make sure that you play on BLM land, and not on private land or State of Arizona lands.  In the event that you are setting up a formal airsoft event, you might need a recreational permit from the BLM.  Call the BLM Phoenix District Office at 623-580-5500 for the necessary instructions on how to file a permit.
