Desert Eagle, man! There is no such gun as a 'deagle'. I can't even begin to think how many times references to this fictional gun have been made! All because one mod became crappy and attracted the masses, like flies to crap.

Anyway, about the airsoft Desert Eagle... I have heard good things, but have had no firsthand experience. The one comment that may make some difference is that you can only use HFC134 in there if you don't want it to throw the slide on you. Not too much of a problem, but it means you won't be able to make use of the more common green gas.

By the way, when you do play, where do you play?

Exactly, Matt. Though the sheer mechanics of such a union are mind boggling. =)

lol. using that strange dog mix to descibe the desert eagle is a bad habit of mine. And on the topic of the HFC134, ill keep that in mind and it probably shouldnt be a problem.

I'm guessing due to a little game called Counterstrike! My goodness, what that game has done to the world! [:(!]

Actually, i dont like counter-strike, and i got it mostly off of my friend Evan and the game Rainbow Six Three (xbox), but still a bad habit nonetheless.

I have two Marui Desert Eagles on my team. They are some of the finest pistols I have ever handled, easily comparing to those which cost $80 more. The blowback is the firmest I have ever experienced and the action of the slide locking on the last round is incredibly crisp. It shoots dead straight and hits very hard, easily besting most KSC and KWA Glocks which run on green for accuracy. From the report and performance, it is difficult to believe such a pistol runs on 134, but considering how solid the entire action is I have no trouble believing that green would constitute the death of the pistol if used extensively. Both on our team are black, and the finish is satisfyingly dull, but I cannot speak for the more recent silver version. It is an exceptional pistol, and if you plan to own only one sidearm it would fill that roll well.

Your revolver only holds six rounds, but your fists never run out of ammo.

Tokyo Marui Desert Eagle .50AE Hard Kick
« Reply #8 on: November 23, 2003, 06:28:48 PM »
I'm hoping by christmas to treat myself to a little present in the form of a new Marui Hard Kick Deagle. I was just wondering if anyone has had any experience with one, or has any comments about their performance and such. Thanks!
