New to airsoft- looking to dive in
« on: May 08, 2014, 07:40:55 PM »
Hey guys, totally new to airsoft and looking to dive in.

I used to play paintball pretty seriously. Me and a couple friends used to be on a PB team but our gear is broken and/or outdated now. Decided to go with airsoft this time as the entry barrier seems a little lower.

Just bought an Echo1 MRF-C after a little research. Hopefully that was an OK choice for a starter gun.

Fellow new guy here too. I also used to be a paintball player, then the economy took a dive and ended up selling all my gear (Tippmann A-5 with nitro). My son got me into the airsoft stuff recently, and found out about this forum. Welcome to the forum!

So far just the back acre at my in-laws with the kids. Not sure I am ready to play the big dogs yet. Any good suggestions?
