Post Submit Button

Whenever I go to post a post, I always have to click the "Submit" button about 15 times before it posts.  Also, in the quick-reply box, when I click "Submit," it just brings me to the page that appears when you click on "Post a Reply."  Anyone know why it's doing this?

I gave up earlier tryinng to post, I was somewhere in the 40s I think, the damn thing just wouldn't post...

Here's a way to fix the problem.

Simply backspace one or two letters and then re-type it before you press submit a second time.

It has worked everytime for me.

yeah , but thats not the solution.

i think ive gotten to just rapid fireing at the submit button, too fast to count.  but it IS really fracking rediculous.

Ummmm, that was an issue a year ago but to the best of my knowledge no body has had this issue recently. Are you having an issue?

Dudes, this was set in place a long time ago to stop little kids from havign flame wars with the quick reply button. When you post it goes to the review area, give it about 10secconds then hit the submit button. It isnt a bug, chill out. I wait for the little smilley to roll his eyes twice then hit submit. If you hit the button a bajillion times you will be more likely to double post.
