lift shoulders? Eh... idk about that as far as good posture goes. Lol thinking about posture brings me back to marching band. I got yelled at because I kept my shoulders up. We had a chant though.... Feet together, stomach in, chest out, shoulders back, elbows frozen, chin up, mind on ice, heart on fire..... Hah.
