Your link was acting funky.

This one does not have the number of funny ones that I expect your link had. Of course memorization of the hand signals doesn’t do much unless your whole squad knows and utilizes them.

I haven't seen alot of those before.

US hand signals make much more sense to me.

those appear to be standardized CRE hand signals for SWAT/SAU. Not sure what the military equivalent is anymore. been over 10 years for me. - if you know where to get them, post em here. I'd like to re-educate myself on them if I can.

No, they won't. They are overly complicated. There are much easier signals. Also, most of those signals don't apply for our use anyway. Most of those can also be achieved by yelling the problem, or speaking them quietly over a radio.

Hey Ian, can you possibly make some copies from the FMs that cover hand signals next time you're at the armory?

I don't have access to that type of stuff, unless it's in a CTT book.

Sarge, I happen to already have a series of hand signals that various forces us(including mounted and unmounted signals). I can try to get the copies from FM 7-8(the infantrymans bible) if they are in there, or I can teach them. They are very simple.
