I've upgraded my G17, and some what worried about the life span of my pistol. The most that I've done is install an increased accuracy barrel, hurricain high flow valve, and replaced my recoil spring and guide rod with metal ones. I'm well aware of the benifits (PM) preventitive maintenance, but will this help. I've read that once you start doing upgrades you may begin to decrease the life span of your weapon. So what I want to know is: (a) Are the KSC Glocks reliable after upgrades? (b) How long should I expect my pistol to last after the upgrades I did make? And (c) Are there any other upgades I should consider that might add in prolonging the life of my pistol?[
