Echo 1 M14 hicap magazine wont feed

I tried the jamming rod and I cleared the mag and reloaded, when I wind the wheel the bbs feed but when I insert the magazine the bbs wont feed through the gun. My other mag works perfectly ok. NEED HELD IMMEDIATELY :(
