I Looking for a plain Picatiny Rail. (NOT WEAVER) It needs to be at least 7.5" long, and Anodized Black. (Prefer Aluminum, but will consider Steel)

An M16 Handguard rail would work also as long as it isn't tapered and just a uniform thickness all the way through. (I've never seen one that isn't tapered, but a couple people I talked to said they exist)
Current rail is 4.75" Long x .5" Tall.
New Rail needs to be at least 7.5" Long x at least .3" Tall.
It doesn't need to be brand new, but I don't want anything that's been painted or Plastic/Polymer.
Also, If anybody knows where to get one of these cheaper than $60, I love you long time.

P.S. As for the Magpul PTS Masada, (will not consider A&K's) I'm not in a rush for this gun, but I would like one and will consider buying one if your looking to get rid of it. (Foliage Green or Dark Earth) I wont pay more then $325 for one in Like New Condition, simply because I can get a Brand New one from Evike for $408. (Call me cheap if you'd like, but like I said, I want one, not need one)
