Looking To Buy AR-15

I have just recently come into some extra money and supposing I dont put it into savings I am planning on buying an AR-15. However, I need some help, The money is only so much and I have no idea where too start im currently looking into a few down at legendary guns however are there any other suggestions?

I suggest... going to a firearms forum for help.

arizonashooting comes to mind.

Otherwise, legendary has prices that are generally 10-20% over the prices of other gun-shops.

My dad and grandpa always look on Bud's Guns (it's a website).  They have pretty good discounts (veterans, military, public safety, etc.).
