Here is a suggestion for your friends friend:
How about a video that describes your product. I'd rather not spend 4 minutes listening to somebody tell me a bad bedtime story and then ask me for money when he's done.
Currently I'd have to agree with Exarach.

Yeah, I'll let 'em know. I already suggested they make a video going over the product. Didn't even watch the video they have now.

Really, though, I'm still a bit confused... So it's a belt, with a hidden money pocket and a compartment for some paracord... that can be made into a pouch? Really, what's this thing about?

Yeah, he really needs to better explain what this is. Looking at the pictures, I think the entire inside of the belt is paracord. But I could be wrong.
The "description" made me laugh, but yeah, it really doesn't explain what's supposed to be special about the product.
