i'm looking for "elite" brand batteries, wanted to check them out. anyone know where to look besides hobby bench? as far as i know batteries plus doesn't carry them.

I don't know of any local places, but cheapbatterypacks.com is great.  

I'm guessing you checked gearbox?

i was gonna call ron and see about a guy he knew who was selling lipo's in town. but i need one in town before this sat.. ordering is out of the question.

it's either i find an elite nimh pack or go with a 20c good lipo.
