Does anyone have any experience with 190 round mag mags? Are they a waste or is there a compareable full metal M16 mag price and capacity wise that I should take a look at as well?

I don't know abou the 190's? Never heard of them but I use the 110's
exclusively and have never had a problem with them in my G&P's or CA's.

Go with the plastic 110 rounders. I used to use metal 79rd G&G mags and after carding 10 of those for a few games I was sick of them. The MAG mags work great, are light, and if you lose one they are cheap to replace.
