Parts on AK that fit real steel parts

Im just curious if real steel aks74u pistol grips and wood handguards will fit on airsoft aks. more specifically a cyma cm035a aks74u. thanks

Pistol grips will not fit. I think Handguards should work, but might require some sanding.
