Last time I was in the snow I ran around in a tee-shirt I was so hot.  And it was cold up there too.

Granted, it will be grand motivation for people to keep moving instead of crawling around.

I was up in flagstaff a few years back, it was in the upper 50s but there was quite a bit of snow on the ground.

it was warm enough that we had to take our jackets off.

The problem is, your adrenalin might be keeping you warm, but those bb's are gonna hurt 10x more than if you're wearing a t-shirt in warm climate.

A) I am soo down with this!

B) As far as people not knowing when they are hit, one option is to dress out light but keep the games short and with time in between games. If games only last 15-20 minutes tops you can go fairly light and just plan to spend 20 minutes in doors between games.

Or instead of straight out death matches, it could be more objective based. I would be totally in for this because I have a heavy woodland coat that I could wear. Oh, and so what if some people don't know if they are hit, shit happens. Lightning is right, short games, and perhaps a hot drink after every game would be perfect. It sounds like fun to me, and I would definitely be up for it.

I'd be up for this.  As far as being hit goes, it wouldn't be that big a deal, becaus ethe cold will effect both sides equally.  And I'm betting 95% of the time you'll be able to tell you were hit no prob.

All right this is my goal I'm aiming to take place in this game as soon as more information is available. I should have some experience under my belt by then as well as a decent arsenal. Count me in. I almost forgot. A great spot would be just outside of Show Low between Show Low and Snow Flake down the Sitgreaves National Forest Service road. Its the same place they filmed most of the footage for Fire in the Sky. Heavily wooded and awesome in the winter.
