Okay.  I made a seperate forum for airsoft chat scheduling.  People can post a time that they will be 'available' for chatting.  The chat feature is nice because you can login to it and just minimize the window until others show up.  Since it's flash-based, it isn't a resource hog.

Hope that helps a bit.

If there are teams that wish to use it, I can create a room for teams to chat at scheduled times, or I can create (like for Harley) an airsoft "hardware help" type forum where he can shedule to be at certain times...  etc...

Just let me know what we need and I will try my best to accomodate!

Just as an FYI, I added a chat feature to the site.  It's flash based, so it's fast and easy to use.  To see it and use it, I put a universal link on the forums under the "Airsoft" general heading.
