Also, if it's possible you should post a brief description of each gun, along with every part you can remember being in there. If they know their way around an airsoft gun they may try and sell the parts separately.

Oh man! That sucks dude. I used to come in all the time when I lived in state. If I were still in Prescott, I would check every pawn shop and canvass every airsoft game until I found it.  I really hope this doesn't seriously impact your business, though. If I visit Prescott any time soon I'll be sure to buy something to do my part in keeping you guys open.

And, if anyone told me to do pushups at a frackin' airsoft field I'd probably just start laughing. I have to ask, has anyone been kicked out for not obliging the refs of their pushup request?

Oh there was that time.. I threw a Thunder B and some kid after the game went over and picked it up like it was his. I asked him for it and he said no it was his. I grabbed it and showed him the core which had TPA written on it. Then promptly told him not to touch shit that wasn't his...
Yea, lots of stealing going on.

That would absolutely infuriate me.... Glad I never went to Vanguard when I lived in AZ

^^ What he said. Ron was always happy to talk to us about guns, gear, or pretty much anything, and was always more than happy to oblige us when we wanted to handle things we couldn't afford.

Ron was a great guy and will be missed.

I'll buy one

Absolutely, I agree entirely. I wasn't expecting anything big, actually my friend and I thought that ideally there would be around 100 people. enough to make it feel busy, but still manageable, and like you said, everyone who wants to use some sweet gear has the chance to check it out

Best guess, how many people are you expecting in total this year?

You looking for upper, lower, or both?

preferably both, but an upper would be more important of the two.

Does anyone even make a metal body for a G3 anymore? or has that ship sailed?

If you know where to get one that's at least relatively affordable please PM me ASAP, I'm helping a friend put together his Bundeswehr kit.

I've been looking over that list all day lol.

If you're the guy to direct questions to, can my backup boots be my tan ones? I really dont feel like buying two pairs of black boots, and are the model 2000 boots acceptable? http://www.flecktarn.co.uk/flccb1aa.html

Thanks

AEG's / Re: Refinishing without paint?
« on: November 07, 2012, 05:33:51 PM »
Yes you can do it at home, but if you're sanding it down it requires you to paint it with at least a clear. I paint guns out of boredom all the time.

I want to do it without paint. Something like an anodized finish.

I posted a while back about this, but here is my completed Bundeswehr loadout! Pictures taken in Colorado.

AEG's / Refinishing without paint?
« on: November 07, 2012, 05:25:18 PM »
Anyone have any experience with refinishing guns? I've got an M60 that I bought used that's all scratched up that I want to sand down and refinish. Is this a process I can do at home or is it something I will have to find someone else to do?

Thanks in advance!
