Hey players,

My name is James. I live in Tempe (about two blocks away from Tempe Paintball to be exact!). I am designing, compiling and editing a zine called the Simsoldiers Fieldbook.

Simsoldiers Fieldbook will contain in-depth tactical information about airsoft fields for players who are looking to play a proactive role in their own competitive development and the development of the teams. Each issue uses a fps strategy guide approach that focuses on fields that are exciting to play and well planned, covering a gamut of indoor and outdoor fields from cqb to long-range that are a cut above the rest in terms of playability, maneuverability, and course design. In addition, Simsoldiers Intel presents technical features on field subjects, in-depth map illustrations, field reviews, field-play tips, and interviews with the people who design and play the field.

Below is a link to a few of the early design spreads I’ve been working on. It’s still in its early stages. If this is something you might be interested in, please join my email list at http://www.simsoldiers.com. I’m using this a a way to gauge interest. If I get enough people interested, I will definitely be going forward with this idea. Your support is crucial. I can’t do it without you guys.

Thanks for your time fellas. This has been a dream of mine for a while now and something I think would be useful to all you tactical players out there. I hope you feel the same. If you have any questions or comments don’t hesitate to ask.

Hey Airsoft Arizona!

My name is James Curtis, I live in Tempe. I wanted to quickly let your team know about a new project I'm working on. It's called the SimSoldier's California guidebook, and the goal is to raise the proceeds though crowdfunding to publish 5,000 limited-run copies of the first ever destination travel guide to milsim sports fields in the Golden State and beyond.

I hope the SimSoldier's California guidebook help both airsoft and mag-fed enthusiasts get the logistical intel they need to better navigate and use the cities they live in or travel to. I believe the project to be of great interest to the forum, and to the milsim community as a whole.

If you like the idea and would like to help, here's what you can do:

    - Support the project by making pledge on our crowdfunding page at www.simsoldiers.com

    - Spread the word through the forum, you facebook and twitter page.

    - Like us on www.facebook.com/simsoldiers and twitter

Thanks for your time. I look forward to speaking to you soon.

- James
