AEG's / Gear/motor trouble.

Hey, I just wanted to know if there are any experienced techs out there who know a little something about diagnosing and fixing guns. My AEG has been having issues lately. The problem is as such: for the most part my AEG shoot flawlessly, However if I shoot just a tad fast on semi, or sometimes if I shoot on full for more than a short burst (Though I know that I don't need to shoot it more than that on full) The motor will like skip the gear or something and make a high pitched whirring noise, and before that after trying to adjust the motor (keep in mind that the adjustment I made was super slight). It wouldn't contact the gear at all, I fixed this by putting a piece of plastic in the motor grip next to the motor to hold it over by the gear so that it would make contact with the gear. But every so often it will still slip and make that dreaded whirring noise. Please some one help.

Hey there everyone! I had just recently turned 18 and can now participate in milsims and buy my own guns from retailers. I'd like to know if there are any peeps out there who need a good cqc player on their team, or at least just a partner to run with. I like working with other people, but I need to warn any veteran players who are thinking about recruiting me: I am very green behind the ears and I have a lot to learn. I am a fast learner however and I do have a little bit of experience, but it's easier to get better when you have a group of people that are better than you. That way you have a point of reference for getting better.  Also my gear has been giving me some trouble, mostly my gun. I would appreciate it if a tech savvy person took a look at it to see wassup with it. Though I'm having someone take a look at it right now. So just to sum things up. I'm a noob looking for a patient team/shooting partner who will be willing to run with me so that I can hone my skills based off of experienced players.
