nah, Asolos are shitty - I've worn em like 3,000 mi on motorcycles and probably 1,000 mi or more on foot and the little rubber toe cap has separated at the front of the left boot like a half an inch
Thats from your shifter on your bike.  Its a hiking boot, not a riding boot, bro.

Same thing happened to a pair of danners I owned that I used to wear while riding. From sliding my toe under the shifter it just kind of wore them out.

no, don't ever say no one else. 1/3 of people usually don't show.

Is this game going to allow minors?
Would prefer 16 and up, with someone who is 18+ who can 'sponser' them. Meaning if they do something wrong, its your ass we are chewing out for allowing that to happen.

No. Believe me that AO is less than desirable for KOTH. I will step in and organize if you want. I can get some pretty good milsim props if we need them. I have some 'bombs' with timers laying around, some smoke grenades, probably even an old thinkpad or something.

Sounds good to me and i agree not really in favor of TD, but busta cap you step in for the games! thanks
also what should u be green or tan and u said ur friend?

Either, my uniform goes either way. I'll put myself where needed.

dude look at some okley boots, same people that make the sunglasses. that is all i wore in iraq, was in the infantry did ALOT of walking they are boots but feel like tenashoes

If only they would have taught you to spell..

He wanted boots that look civi, hence why I didn't recommend the Oakleys. The SI boots aren't that comfy, I have worn both them and the Sabot's and prefer the sabots.

Some airsoft guns are very overpriced, yes.

Yeah but, most airsofters don't understand why some stuff is so "overpriced". It's produced in small quantities, overseas, then distributed in the least profitable fashion to the US.

i wouldn't mind the socom m82 if the damn thing wasn't near a grand.
Well, it's really a collectors item. It's a grand, and is an AEG and has a pretty low fps. You could buy a KWA KM4 SR12 and a tightbore, SCS spacer and have better accuracy for less than half the price. Making it an AEG was the biggest fail of all time. They should have made it a gas blowback system that accepted CO2.

Is there no rally point before going to the AO? I can't take my car off roading anymore, I've used up my luck   . Would anyone with a truck be willing to let me and my brother meet you somewhere near Shea and the Beeline (the 87 freeway) so that we might get a shuttle to the AO?
The gas station at 87 and Ft mcDowell is the meeting place before. However, you can take your car to four peaks and make it up the 1/4 mile to the first parking area, and hop in someones truck bed or something. I'll probably be bringing my truck so if my cab and bed isn't full i'll let people know a few days before.

hey i personally think that the l96 is a good gun but so is the m24

Is the JBAR 10 a replica M24?

No, the Bar10 is a clone of the TM VSR 10. Which is roughly based off a steyr or something of that sort. You are so much better off spending the extra money and starting with a TM or APS gun, not a clone.

Hmm. I'll sell you a custom KJW m700. But the effective range is more like 250ft.
is that gas?

Yes. I have two mags Tapped for HPA/CO2 so fps is not an issue. It can use a quick change 12gram adapter tucked in the butt stock pouch.

Did a range test a long time ago with an indoor range out to 175ft. We were trying to get an idea about how accuracy degrades with distance. The test ran with a full length M16A3 barrel a M4 length and a CQBR. I will have to look up the results and post a link about it. Both the full length and the M4 did well out to almost 200ft but the cqbr was about half that.

I would say 200ft is about the max that I have ever seen a gun shoot out to, and at that distance the bb is floating like a leaf in the wind. If someone says they have a gun that will shoot 100yd (300ft) at game acceptable fps limits, I call BS.

I have found that airsofters in general have no accurate concept of distance.

I hope you mean AEG's. Any serious bolt action system(KJW/Tanaka/VSR/APS2) will do 300+ at "game acceptable fps limits". Most of the VSR guys can do head shots at 200ft pretty well.

Here are some examples of extreme precision in the 150-200ft range at a pretty low fps:

you want it to face somewhere interesting. consider where your gun points most of the time...for me this would be the ground or landscape near my waste. i would rather see a video of a cam mounted on a head or torso area facing forward. the pic in the link makes it look like that cam is on the right side of the helmet, which would look out over my rifle when aiming and follow where my head turns. this would be more interesting footage than what my barrel sees, but if you are always pointing your weapon where you are looking, then perhaps the guncam will look better. i also think a HERO cam is better and more durable than the one in the link.
It is a hero camera... The one I linked to was, anyway.. The footage from on your person will be pretty shaky depending on how its mounted, however on a gun cam, it seems to be a lot more stable.
