Is there no rally point before going to the AO? I can't take my car off roading anymore, I've used up my luck   . Would anyone with a truck be willing to let me and my brother meet you somewhere near Shea and the Beeline (the 87 freeway) so that we might get a shuttle to the AO?
The gas station at 87 and Ft mcDowell is the meeting place before. However, you can take your car to four peaks and make it up the 1/4 mile to the first parking area, and hop in someones truck bed or something. I'll probably be bringing my truck so if my cab and bed isn't full i'll let people know a few days before.

I might have an extra seat that you could hop in for the last leg of the drive.  I don't think you'll have too much of a problem getting all the way there as long as you meet up at the rally point.

Also, If anyone can spare a pair (or a few pairs) of goggles which meet the ANSI requirements that they wouldn't mind lending out, I could bring a few more friends for Green Team.

Negative. Sycamore creek is in a different place entirely. I believe sycamore creek is further north then 4 peaks?

Should we discuss what kind of games we'll be playing?

I think we should do force of force game to start. I'd be down for a capture the flag or king of the hill kind of deal game. I can bring colored flags on stakes.

So who is going to the rally point? I will probably be driving a 4 door sonata out that day (probably borrowing from my dad) and I'd be willing to meet anyone anywhere (at the gas station or on the 87 at the turn off to the AO ) to get a truck ride for me and my bro just to the AO.

Also, I have about 4 extra pairs of shooting glasses (they're not full sealed goggles). They're safe though, I've shot them point blank with my sniper rifle and it didn't even scratch em.

I'll be driving a minivan, but unless you want to be at the rally point at 8-8:30, I won't be stopping there.

Could probably take them to Dick's over the weekend with about $30 a piece and solve that problem, not to sound rude or anything.  I'm still looking for something to fit over my glasses until i get my rx insert filled, so I may end up with one more pair of goggles, but only time will tell.

I'll be heading out to the AO this weekend to check it out/hike a little.

No. Believe me that AO is less than desirable for KOTH. I will step in and organize if you want. I can get some pretty good milsim props if we need them. I have some 'bombs' with timers laying around, some smoke grenades, probably even an old thinkpad or something.

I'm not opposed to anything, but objective based games are much better than "shoot, get shot, respawn" in my opinion.
